The programme itself is broken into 3 progressive phases that include full body weights and conditioning workouts to help you get stronger, leaner and fitter.

Food is so much more than just calories. Food is for fuel and energy as well as for socialising and pleasure. Food is to be enjoyed. However sometimes we instinctively look for restrictive low calorie diets as we believe this is what we need to eat and the right approach to see results.

30 Minute Head-Strong Session

To set you up for success for the 10 weeks ahead, before you even lift a single weight or cook a meal, we will jump on a Zoom call and have a 30 minute Head-Strong session.

This will give me the opportunity to not only talk you through the next 10 weeks but also set crystal clear goals and offer support where you need it.
